I'm only 19 years old and is already showing signs of wrinkles around my eyes. I searched over the internet its possible causes and here are what I found.
- Sleeping on your chest. This puts pressure on the skin, obviously. You would see maps on your face if you do so, right? It stresses the muscle on your face so it sorta stays that way. Get used to sleeping on your back, okay?
- Sun light exposure. We all know that the sun's UV rays are bad for our skin. ALWAYS use SPF lotions when going out.
- Rubbing your eyes. Another way of stressing the skin by stretching.
- Lack of sleep. Actually, lack in sleep always has a role in every flaw on your body.
- Dehydration.
- Heavy make up.
As I grow older, I'm becoming more conscious about my body. Here is what I suggest myself haha:
- I'm gonna try to sleep early every night.
-- Start with 11PM (coz I sleep around 1AM-3AM)
- Eat Fruit at least once a day!
- Avoid Sun light as much as possible!
- Drink 10 glasses of water every single day.
- Sweat is good.
-- At least sweat on your exercises!!
- Don't forget to apply lotions/sun blocks
- Sleep consecutively for 10 HOURS.
- Follow your Eyes! If its sleepy, then sleep!
- Cold baths are good for your skin. When you're going to stay in a cold place, always drink water.
- DON'T wet your body when you're TIRED. Rest for like 10 minutes then GO.
- Proper Diet!
-- Breakfast like a KING, Lunch like a PRINCE and Dinner like a BEGGAR.
- NEVER scratch your skin.
-- If it's itchy, tap it, rub it with a soft cloth or apply some itch cream but don't scratch it!!
- Do not WIPE your skin.
-- After taking a bath, don't use rough-clothed towel. No choice? just softly damp it on your skin for it to suck the water. Don't wipe it with that or anything that's rough! It peels the outer layer of the skin thus making it dry.
- Do not STRESS yourself too much, please! Take a quick rest every once in a while..
- Do not stand nor sit for too long. Move!
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. GOOD NIGHT. It's already 10:40PM here. zZzZz

I'm a bad person, I tell ya
Dayyumm, I don't know how to start. Okay, I'm not sure what to call these types of ladies - sensitive, insecure, emotional, etc but I hate them. I'm a woman too, by the way, but I'm significantly less sensitive and really understanding.
My girl friends and I had a pretty BIG misunderstanding that made me look like the bad person now. I got sad 'cause misunderstanding with my friends and them, not letting it go like how they don't let go of the bad things their boyfriends have done in the past that they still put it on their every fight, is one of the things I would cry for.
So, they were talking about accidentally losing some of their seminar/training certificates, making a very, very big deal out of it. "Oh my God, I will never be hired", "Oh my gosh, my Aunt threw them all away, I'm so dead." and "Oh my goodness, I cannot say I really attended any seminars/training in my resume without those." and more stuffs like that. I don't know what I was thinking that I suddenly told them "Um, It's okay, really, If you lose it. I lost 75% of my certificates. I've never touched the rest of it. Besides, I have never heard of unemployed people being unemployed just because they lost their certificates that in fact, 5%, 3%, I don't know, maybe 0% of companies really look for the certificates. And did you know that companies owned by foreigners don't really rely on whatever certificates you have 'cause what they would want to see is what your performance will be.(since most of the companies we'll be applying, I guess, could be owned by Foreigners.) so yeah, it's really really really Okay. Don't think too much about it, you know, we could still go on, don't bother asking for copies unless you want a souvenir." then I left. I'm aware that I killed their conversation LOL. It's Always like that.
The next day, a guy friend of mine told me that one of our girl friends is angry at me. I was shocked, surprised? what's less exaggerated? and at the same time, really confused. He told me that she told him that when I left, they get annoyed by me, saying things like, "Oh, certificate is not important", "Oh, it's okay to throw it away.", "Oh, in America, you don't need certificate" LOL and that some of them even said, "Bakit, nasa America ka ba? (Why, are you in America?)" when I left. I got sad. All that came out of my mouth was, "Oh my God, they didn't get what I said... they didn't know what I mean.. and they obviously wasn't listening to me." I even thought of the word "foreigner" first before saying it so that they won't think it's the country I was talking about but hell, stupidity has its ways. "I just thought it could get them out of their worries and lift their spirits up ha-ha-ha", I continued.
...And that's how I suck at trying to make people feel better! BOW.
