What I'm gonna tell you about today is what happened on our May 9 - 13 training held at De La Salle - College of St. Benilde, Computer Lab 3 of Duerr Hall.
Si Regingga, este Regina (now Ms. Reg, hahaha) ay natulog sa bahay namin nu'ng sunday, may 12 para sabay daw kami pumasok. We woke up at 4AM! too excited hahaha It was a rainy monday so went to school kinda early. We waited there for Alvin, Ruszell, and Ana. Since the school's van will not be available from Monday to Thursday, we were forced to spend P250.00 everyday, taking a cab from Diliman to TAFT.
Sobrang lamig at lakas ng hangin when we got there! As in pagtayo mo sa gate ng Benilde, para kang nakaharap sa isang napakalaking Aircon. (not exaggerated!!!) sooo true!
Tapos I keep on asking them, "Guys, kinakabahan ba kayo? ano? kinakabahan ba kayo?"hahaha. They were like, "hindi naman.", "Ahhh okay.. ako din, hinde"
While signing up for the guest book, I saw names dedicated to Smart Android Training in CL3. I was like, "hala! sila yung magiging students natin :| ", "panu mo nalaman?", "nakalagay sa purpose section: Smart Android Training eh", "COOL"
Pagdating sa room, bigla na akong kinabahan. Although onti palang yung students, I was really wishing sana di na dumating yung iba hahaha para di na mapuno at di na mahati sa dalawa yung participants. Ayun, participants pala, hindi students. After an hour of wait, nag-start na magsalita yung guy from Smart then he called on Mr. Dennis B. Mendiola, the founder of Chikka, Inc! I was like, "wuhu, I have an account in chikka!"hahaha oh, just whispered it to myself. Ang galing niya mag-talk sa harap, 'di ka mabo-bore. Especially when he emphasizes how blackberry phones are for the aged hahaha we were like, "tanda ka na pala sir Sandy ehh!!" since he was using a blackberry phone hahaha. Then he called on Mr. Kenneth Palacios, Manager of Novare Technologies, company that develops apps for Smart Phones. Another great speaker! gwapo pa :)
Ayan na, natapos na sila mag-talk! He called on sir Sandy, our team leader. Shocks, halatang kinakabahan sa harap si Sir Sandy!! I mean, I'm not sure kasi he has this unnecessary body movements as in, mannerism na ata niya yun ehh err.Pinakilala niya kami isa-isa, smile dito, smile doon. Then umalis na yung Bosses at naiwan na kami sa room with the participants. It was so cold! they were very quiet. We made them take their morning snack foirst before we start with the training proper..
